Commemorating Mothers in Comunidad Segundo Montes   Leave a comment

This May 31st, Comunidad Segundo Montes commemorated the perserverance of Mothers that lost sons during the armed conflict. Organized by the Pastoral Committee, the day is meant to preserve historical memory and to recognize the struggle to survive. It included mass by Miguel Ventura  as well as a snack of chicken sandwhich for the mothers.
